My recent stay at Balneario exceeded all my expectations in every aspect. the attention to detail and care for guests' needs were remarkable. the personal touch was evident in every corner, from the beautiful garden furniture where I enjoyed my morning coffee to the elegantly designed terrace overlooking the stunning mountain views. the soundproofed rooms provided a serene and peaceful environment, allowing me to truly unwind and appreciate the tranquility of the surroundings. the provision of free toiletries felt luxurious and thoughtful, enhancing my overall experience. the electric kettle in the room allowed me to savor a comforting cup of tea while basking in the serene atmosphere of the hotel. the mini-bar was well-stocked with a variety of options, catering to different preferences and ensuring a delightful stay. The presence of Maria and Jorge, who poured their hearts into creating a harmonious retreat in nature, added a special warmth to the entire experience. Their dedication to sustainability and creating a holistic environment was truly inspiring and left a lasting impression on me. I left Balneario feeling rejuvenated, grateful for the exceptional hospitality, and already planning my return to this hidden gem in the mountains.
